Sunset Lake
Sunset Lake, a privately owned 125 acre lake in the southwestern corner of Wake County in the Piedmont area of North Carolina, is surrounded by three beautiful communities known as Sunset Lake, Sunset Lake Estates and Sunset Lake Village. Sunset Lake and Sunset Lake Estates are located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina on the southside of the lake while Sunset Lake Village was developed on the opposite side in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
Sunset Lake Lodge, walkways surrounding the lake, bridge and dam is owned by Sunset Lake Homeowners Association. Sunset Lake is not open to the public.
Devil’s Ridge Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Sunset Lake neighborhood, Devil’s Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course featuring membership, special events and banquet facilities. Founded in 1995, Devil’s Ridge Golf Club is one of the top ranked golf courses in North Carolina. It has 18 unique holes of championship golf that will challenge even the most skilled golf enthusiast. Over 400 acres of woods, wetlands and hills along with a variety of wildlife provide a relaxing, up- north experience right here in Wake County.
